Meet CASUN at the 2019 Taiwan International Automation Industry Exhibition on August 21st, 2019

The 2019 Taiwan International Automation Industry Exhibition will be held at the Taipei Exhibition Hall from August 21-24, 2019. At that time, Shenzhen CASUN Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CASUN) will bring its self-developed intelligent AGV trolley, intelligent AGV forklift, and AGV intelligent management system and other products to the exhibition.

With the continuous improvement of CASUN Intelligent’s technology in the field of AGV, the product line of mobile robots in the SLAM navigation series is also continuously extended. According to the actual requirements of different industries, CASUN has developed an intelligent AGV forklift with SLAM navigation, with a load capacity of up to 1000KG, compact structure, and strong load capacity. Compared with traditional AGV forklifts, this smart AGV is petite and flexible. It is less than half the size of traditional AGV forklifts. It travels freely in narrow aisles and can meet the requirements of most working environments. It is an intelligent AGV forklift specially used for pallet handling heavy objects, especially the handling of heavy workpieces.

At this international automation industry exhibition, CASUN Intelligent also brought another standard intelligent AGV cart. It is also an extension of the SLAM navigation series of mobile robot product lines, using the SLAM navigation method. SLAM translates as instant positioning and map construction or concurrent map building and positioning. It can be understood like this: Put a mobile robot in an unknown environment and start to move from an unknown location. During the movement, it will locate itself based on the location estimation and map. At the same time, it will build an incremental map based on its own positioning to realize the robot’s autonomy. Positioning and navigation.
At present, SLAM has developed to 2.0, SLAM2.0: a leading algorithm for high-precision positioning, which can perform boot recognition and global positioning at any location, with an accuracy of up to ±2cm, and real-time dynamic map updates.
